Charles Bailey, was an amazing person to help me thru my difficult time of need with the passing of my husband. He made this experience stress free and he gave 100% of his time to taking care of my husband. He made me feel like family and not just a dollar sign. Also Wayne, who helped the day of the service made sure I was taken care of 100%. The staff is amazing! Thank you all for everything.

My brothers and I lost our mother and brother within a span of 6 months. I was referred to Abbey Cremation from Abbey Mortuary and was very happy with their recommendation. Very caring, compassionate and through the pandemic, they helped with the difficult decisions for cremains for both family members. No pressure from anyone, kind and caring staff. It was good to know that I had other options that we were able to afford and still have what we needed. Thank you Eman and staff for your caring and support during this past 6 months. I can't say enough positive words for El Cajon Mortuary. Amazingly helpful, compassionate and let me put together my own package of needs and goods at an expense I could afford. God Bless this business. Highly recommended

I used Abbey Cremation & Funeral Services several years ago for my father-in-law's cremation and had such a wonderful experience with them that I went back to them again when my son recently passed away. Kimberly at Abbey Cremation was so amazing and compassionate and kept me informed at every step of the way. Having to deal with the death of a loved one is hard enough, so it's was so helpful having someone to work with that really seemed to care.

Charles Bailey. I could never forget how professional, caring, and sincere he was for my family and I. He set his complete and undivided attention at our most hardest and vulnerable time in our lives. I came from out of town and he did everything in a snap and I was able to see other family members in the state in our time of mourning. I will never be able to thank you all enough.
